Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Austin Air builds the HealthMate Plus Junior around a single large filter cylinder, and this white replacement, part FR250B, is that cylinder. The unit is a room air cleaner rather than a vacuum, and this filter is the only consumable it has; the fan and the cabinet simply move air through the media.

A loaded filter is quiet about failing. Nothing breaks. The machine just cleans a smaller room than it used to, the fan seems to work harder for less result, and odors and dust that used to disappear start to linger. HEPA media cannot be washed or vacuumed clean, so once it is full the only fix is a new one.

Slide the old cylinder out, drop this one in, and the Junior is back to full airflow. Check that yours is the HealthMate Plus Junior rather than the full-size Plus, since the two take different filters.
