Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The White Plastiflex Vacuum Pan Repair Kit (Part #VCPWR01) is a replacement mounting pan for a Plastiflex central vacuum wall inlet, finished in white. The vacuum pan is the rough-in mount that holds the inlet valve in the wall and connects it to the tubing behind it.

Once a pan cracks or its mounting ears strip, the inlet valve loosens and the tubing joint can leak air, weakening suction at the hose. This repair kit rebuilds a solid mounting point so the inlet stays firmly seated and the connection holds its seal.
