Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Part TF1600BV is the finishing cover Trovac catalogs for a wall-mounted central vacuum inlet, molded in white to match standard inlet valve doors. It frames the rough opening in the wall so the finished installation shows a trim plate rather than raw drywall around the valve.

Trim plates take the cosmetic wear on an installation: paint scuffs, vacuum cleaner heads knocking against the wall, and general handling around the inlet door. Swapping the plate is a quick way to refresh an older inlet without touching the valve or the wiring behind it, and it is a low-cost fix compared with replacing the whole inlet assembly over a plate that is simply cracked or discolored.

Trovac's own listing for this plate names what it goes with directly: TF8016 and TF1500. Check the inlet already in your wall against those two before ordering, since a trim plate is sized to the opening its own inlet assembly makes and will not sit flush over a different footprint.
