Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This complete Windsor Sensor handle assembly (Part #53-6805-02) replaces the entire handle on the Windsor Sensor 12 and Sensor 15 commercial uprights. It arrives with the internal wiring and components already in place, so there is no need to transfer parts from the old handle. The handle carries both the operator's grip and the wiring that runs up from the body.

If the handle is cracked, has broken internal wiring, or no longer locks in position, a complete assembly is the most reliable fix. Patching individual failures inside a worn handle often leads to repeat problems. Replacing the whole unit restores solid control and dependable wiring in one step.
