Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Windsor Sensor geared belt (Part #52-3303-05) is a replacement brush-roll drive belt for Windsor Sensor commercial uprights. It fits the SR-12, SR-15, and SR-18, also replaces SEBO 2193 and 2193M, and is stocked under alternate part #15-3306-08.

A geared belt holds brush speed steady across its whole life, which matters in commercial use where slow brush action means missed dirt and lost time. When the belt stretches or its teeth wear, brush-roll performance drops noticeably on carpet. A fresh geared belt returns the machine to consistent agitation.
