Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Windsor Versamatic bag fill hose (Part #53-1101-02) is a gray replacement hose that connects the suction intake to the dust bag on the Windsor Versamatic commercial upright. It carries debris from the intake into the bag.

When this hose cracks or develops holes, dirt bypasses the bag and either clogs the motor filter or escapes into the exhaust. That fouls the filtration path and puts debris where it can damage the motor. Replacing a damaged bag fill hose restores proper collection into the bag and protects the motor.
