Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Windsor Versamatic exhaust filter (Part #52-2328-08) is a replacement post-motor filter for the Windsor Versamatic commercial upright, and it fits Windsor model 1534. It stops fine dust from blowing back into the room from the exhaust.
