Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement wire harness kit (Part #B603-1200) restores the internal wiring on the Riccar R25S, R25D, and R25P upright vacuums. The harness routes power and switch signals between the motor, thermal protector, and controls.

Chafed insulation, loose crimps, or a broken conductor in the harness causes intermittent operation, flickering function, or a complete no-start. Heat and vibration slowly degrade the connections over the life of the machine. A fresh harness returns clean, reliable electrical continuity throughout.
