Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 857SW is a single wall Style Z paper bag for Hoover upright vacuums, sold three to a pack. Single wall paper is a lighter construction than a multi ply bag, and the Style Z letter on your current bag or bag door is what determines fit here.

Hoover lists its own Type Z bags for upright cleaners including the Power Drive, Dimension, Dirt Finder, AutoDrive, select TurboPower, PowerMax, Breathe Easy and Caddy Vac, so if your machine is one of those families the Z marking should be the one you find on the bag door. A single wall bag that has taken on its full load restricts airflow sooner than a heavier multi ply bag would, and the vacuum starts to feel like it is working harder for less pickup.
