Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 857 is a micro filtration Style Z paper bag for Hoover upright vacuums, sold nine to a pack. Micro filtration paper is a finer media than a standard Style Z bag, and the Z letter printed on your current bag or bag door is what determines fit here.

Hoover's own Type Z bag listings name these upright cleaners: Dimension, Power Drive, AutoDrive, Dirt Finder, Breathe Easy, Caddy Vac, PowerMax and select TurboPower machines, and note the list is not exhaustive. A micro filtration bag that has taken on its full load restricts airflow before it looks packed, and the upright starts to feel like it is straining for the same pickup. Fitting a fresh bag reopens that airflow right away.
