Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Sanitaire SC-888N commercial upright vacuum clears a 12-inch path and collects dust in a zip-style outer bag that takes ST replacement bags. A Micron Filter system retains up to 99 percent of pollens and dust.

Lodging and hospitality floors set a high bar for both cleanliness and dust containment. The Micron Filter holds fine particles inside the machine instead of returning them to the room, and the zip bag makes changing the inner ST bag quick between rooms.
