Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Measuring 35 ft, the Plastiflex Zipper Hose Sock (Part #VS-PZGY35) is a gray knit cover that protects a central vacuum hose from wear. The zippered design allows quick installation and removal, and the stretch-knit fabric fits standard central vacuum hoses.

A hose left bare scuffs and frays as it is dragged across floors and thresholds, and its hard surface scratches walls, furniture, and baseboards. The sock cushions the hose against that daily wear while shielding the surfaces it brushes against.
