Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Expedited UPS Ground is available at checkout for an extra charge, including on orders that qualify for free standard shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

CLH-100 is a 100-bag box of self-sealing HEPA media bags for the CleanMax Zoom. The self-sealing collar is the point of them: the bag closes itself as you pull it out, so what you collected stays in the bag rather than puffing back over the floor you have just done.

Anyone who vacuums often knows the tell of a bag left too long. The machine sounds busier, the head stops picking up along edges, and a fine gray dust settles near the exhaust. Media that has packed solid cannot pass air, and the motor is what pays for it.

At 100 to a box these last a long while, which is rather the idea: bags get changed when they should be, not when the machine finally complains. Confirm the bag style against your Zoom before ordering.
