Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Of all the AIRBELT covers this is the plainest: solid gray black, no pattern and no contrast stripe, listed as 6047AM01 and supplied with the clips that anchor it, 6048GS and 8034GS, so nothing has to be chased down separately.
The AIRBELT itself is the fabric-covered band running around the nose of the canister — the part that reaches the furniture before the shell does. A band that has frayed along its fold, polished shiny where it makes contact, or worked loose from a clip that has cracked, has stopped doing the one job it holds, and the hard body behind it starts meeting skirting boards directly. Renewing textile and clips together is the only route to an even, properly tensioned fit: a new band pulled into a tired clip stands proud at one end, and that corner is invariably the next thing to lift.
