Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The geared brush roll for the Filter Queen AT1100 power nozzle, part 4291002000, measures 12-1/2 inches long and 1-1/4 inches in diameter and drives off the belt through a gear at one end. It is the roller used in the AT1100 head found on the Majestic 360, the 112C and the 75th Anniversary canisters.

Bristles are a wear item. They shorten and splay, and once the tufts no longer stand proud of the roller body the head stops agitating: carpet looks flattened rather than groomed after a pass, and fine grit stays down in the pile where the suction alone cannot reach it. A roll packed with years of hair also drags on the belt, which you hear as a change in pitch.

Clear the old hair from the bearing ends before the new roll goes in, or it will wear the same way.
