We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 1301000501 is the black pigtail cord for a Filter Queen electric hose, an 11 inch length that carries electrical current down the hose to the power nozzle at the other end.
The power nozzle relies entirely on this connection to drive its motor, so a pigtail that has frayed, pinched, or broken internally cuts that circuit even while the canister's own suction motor keeps pulling air normally. From the outside, that looks like a nozzle that has simply stopped agitating carpet, which is easy to mistake for a failed brush motor when the actual break is in this short length of cord.
