Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Listed at position 43 in SEBO's AUTOMATIC X4/X5 exploded diagram, the gray black attachment clip sits low on the rear of the bag housing and grips an on-board cleaning tool against the machine.
The clip works by spring tension in the moulding itself, so its whole working life is spent slightly deflected. Over time the retaining tab wears round and the moulding relaxes, and the tool it holds begins to sit loose in its cradle. Owners usually notice the rattle before they notice the cause, and the part that finally goes missing is not the clip but the crevice tool or dusting brush it was supposed to be holding. Replacing a worn clip is a far smaller job than hunting down the tool it drops on a stairwell.
