We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. SEBO catalogues this one as an assembly rather than a handful of loose components, and 5324 is the number for it. The AUTOMATIC X4/X5 exploded view places the bag holder at position 22 and counts items 20 and 21 as part of it.
The holder is the frame that takes the card collar of a filter bag and pins it over the inlet. It is handled every time a bag is swapped, which is why its pivot points and its sealing face give out ahead of almost anything else in that compartment. A holder gone slack, or one with a tab broken off, lets the collar stand a little proud of the port. Air then takes the easier path around the bag instead of through it, and the fine dust it is carrying settles in the compartment and on the filter behind rather than being caught. The owner notices three things: weaker pull at the head, a compartment that needs wiping out at every change, and bags that split more often than they used to.
Ordering the complete holder puts the geometry back in one action instead of matching up small pieces individually. If the fault turns out to lie elsewhere, the coil that loads this holder is 5319, the secondary retaining catch behind it is 5360, and the locking rod is 5083.
