We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details
The base assembly is the lower foot of a Bissell Lift-Off upright, the moulded housing that the brush chamber, wheels and hose connection all mount into and the piece that rides on the floor while you vacuum. Bissell lists it as part 2031273, and it is what you need when the foot itself has cracked, when a mounting boss has snapped, or when the nozzle no longer sits flat and suction feels weak along one edge.
It fits the Lift-Off Bagless uprights 3750, 6595 and 6801, the Lift-Off Multi Cyclonic machines 18Z6 and 89Q9, and the Lift-Off Revolution models 3760-3, 4220, 6850 and 6860. Damage here is worth catching early: once the foot flexes, the brush roll and belt carry the extra load and wear out ahead of time. Fitting a fresh base restores the sealed floor path the machine was designed around.
