We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. A 12-inch brush roll for the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Turbo family, part 1616277. The purple bristles are laid out in a tangle-resistant pattern, which is the point on a machine bought specifically to pull dog and cat hair out of carpet.
Agitation is what lifts embedded hair; suction only carries away what the bristles have already loosened. Once those bristles are short, splayed or melted flat on one side, pickup drops off noticeably and you find yourself going over the same strip three times. Hair wound tight around the barrel adds drag and can slow the roll under load.
It fits the Pet Hair Eraser Turbo Plus 2281, 22813, 22818, 2461, 24613 and 24619; the Turbo Pro 22814 and 2281K; the Turbo 2475 and 2475N; the Turbo Rewind 2790, 2790W, 27902 and 27909; and the 2709. It arrives assembled and drops straight into the brush chamber.
