We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The black stretch hose for the Bissell UVac, part 1625014. It is the coiled hose that pulls out for above-floor work and retracts back against the machine, and it carries every bit of suction that reaches the wand and tools.
Stretch hoses take a harder life than fixed ones because the material is worked every time it extends. Failures start as a pinhole or a split at a coil, which bleeds suction away where you cannot see it: the floor head still works, but the tools go weak. A tear at either cuff does the same thing more suddenly.
This hose fits the Bissell 2790, 2790W, 27902 and 27909, and the 2709. Both ends match the original fittings, so it clips on without adapters. Check the hose for splits whenever tool suction drops, before assuming the problem is a blockage.
