Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Brush roll for the Bissell PowerGlide Lift-Off, part 1611316. On a lift-off machine the roller lives in the detachable pod, so it takes the wear of the whole floor head without the weight of the body pressing it into the carpet, and these tend to need replacing before the roller in a conventional upright would.
The giveaways are in the bristles: short, bent back on themselves, or shiny where they have been polished flat against carpet. A roller with hair wound solid at the end caps will also drag on the belt and slow itself, which reads at the floor as poor pickup even though the motor sounds fine.
It fits the 2043, 20431, 20432, 20434, 20435, 2043C and 2043W. Clear the belt path of wound thread while the roller is out, because that is where it collects.
