We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The control board is the small circuit board behind the switch panel on a ProHeat 2X, and 2036805 is the replacement for the Bissell 9400 ProHeat and its siblings. Research on this part number covers the ProHeat 2X Powersteamer line, 8920, 8930, 9200, 9200-2, 9200-5, 9200-C, 9200-T, 9300-C, 9300-D, 9300-P, 9400, 9400-C and 9400-H. Our fitment data adds the 1383, 20B4, 66Q4, 73A5 and 9500.
When a control board goes, the machine turns unpredictable rather than dead. Heat that never arrives, a spray trigger that works one minute in three, buttons that do nothing, or a cleaner that will not wake up at all. Rule out the cord and the switch first: they fail more often and cost far less.
