We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details
The dirt tank funnel from the Bissell Garage Pro, part 2030170, fitted to the 18P0 and 43Z3. It sits above the tank and steers what the machine picks up down into the container.
Funnels crack. They are thin plastic in the path of everything the vacuum swallows, and screws, stones and offcuts of timber all land on them at speed; wet pickup adds warping to the list. Once the funnel is split, debris starts collecting where it should be passing through, and the tank stops seating the way it should, which shows up as a machine that loses suction as soon as you tip it or lift it by the handle.
Fit the new funnel with the tank seals clean, and inspect those seals while the tank is off.
