We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The secondary filter for the Bissell Garage Pro, part 2030165, the round disc filter fitted to the 18P0 and 43Z3 wet/dry vacuums.
On a garage machine the secondary stage earns its keep. Sawdust, drywall dust and the fine grit off a car floor are exactly the particles that slip past a first stage, and this disc is what stands between them and the motor. It loads faster than most people expect, and when it does the machine pulls noticeably less and the exhaust starts carrying a haze of dust across the workshop.
Check it whenever the tank comes off, and keep a spare with the machine. It is a two-second swap that protects the one part of a wet/dry vac not worth repairing.
