We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This foam filter is the inner stage in the filter stack of a Bissell PowerForce Helix bagless upright, part 2038161. It sits behind the dirt cup and catches what the cyclone misses before air reaches the motor.
Foam is the part of the system that quietly wears out. It packs down with fine dust, and once the pores are loaded the airflow the motor needs simply is not there: the machine sounds strained, runs hot, and the brush roll stops pulling debris out of carpet. Foam that has torn at the edges or stays grey and stiff after cleaning is past saving and should be replaced rather than reused.
It fits the 68C7 PowerForce Helix Turbo bagless upright, the 12B1 and 1240 PowerForce Helix uprights, and the 98N4. Keeping a spare on hand means the machine never has to be run with a damp or missing filter.
