We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Scrubby mop pads for the Bissell SpinWave, Bissell part 1611298, two to a pack. These are the textured pads rather than the soft ones: coarser fibre for dried spills, the sticky patch around a kitchen bin, and tile where the dirt sits down in the grain rather than on the surface.
The texture is the part that wears out. Once the raised fibre has flattened, a scrubby pad behaves like a soft one. It moves the solution about without lifting anything, and the marks you were aiming at are still there once the floor dries.
They suit the SpinWave 2039, 20391, 2039A, 2039T and 2039W. Fit them as a pair so both discs load the floor evenly, since running one worn pad against one new one makes the machine pull to that side.
