We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Soft mop pads for the Bissell SpinWave, part 1611297, supplied two to a pack and measuring 8 inches across, one for each spinning disc. These are the plain pads with no scrubbing texture, which makes them the ones for sealed hardwood, laminate and anything you would rather polish than abrade.
Pads wear flat. Once the pile is compressed and glazed, the pad stops holding solution and starts pushing it around instead, and you get streaks that dry cloudy on a dark floor. A matted backing also stops gripping the disc properly, so the pad creeps off centre as you work.
They fit the SpinWave 2039, 20391, 2039A, 2039T and 2039W. Wash them out after use and dry them flat rather than balled up, because a pad stored damp comes back stiff and mats far sooner.
