We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This OEM Bosch geared power nozzle belt drives the brush roll on Bosch models BSA2222UC, BSG81265UC, BSG81335UC, BSG81360UC, BSG81370UC, and BSG81396UC. The toothed belt links the nozzle motor to the brush roll for precise, positive timing.
Geared belts wear at the teeth, and a stripped or worn belt lets the brush roll slip, stall, or stop spinning entirely. Once the roll stops turning, the nozzle stops agitating carpet and cleaning drops off. A fresh geared belt restores full brush roll drive and reliable timing.
