Bosch part 187619 is the paper bag holder from the premium series canister vacuums, the frame the bag collar clips into inside the dust compartment. It covers the BSG81265UC, BSG81313UC, BSG81335UC, BSG81360UC, BSG81370UC, BSG81380UC and BSG81396UC.
The holder is what makes the bag mount airtight. Its retaining clip loses tension over hundreds of bag changes, or the plastic cracks around the collar seat, and after that the bag sits crooked, pops out when the lid closes, or seals only on one side. The tell-tale is dust in the bag compartment itself: fine grey film on the housing where air has been routing around the bag rather than through it.
Suction usually still feels normal at that point, which is why the problem goes unnoticed until the motor filter is filthy. A sound holder puts all the airflow back through the bag.
