Ordering by machine matters here, because the SEBO 350 MECHANICAL takes a roller of its own rather than the one used further down the range. Part 50471ER is that assembly, complete with brush strip, and it appears at position 121 in the SEBO 350 MECHANICAL parts diagram.

Agitation is what shakes grit out of the base of a carpet pile so airflow can carry it off, and worn bristles do little more than skim the surface. Once the strip has gone short and glazed, only a fresh roller brings deep cleaning back on carpet. A quick way to judge it is to lay a straight edge across the roller: if the bristle tips no longer stand proud enough to brush your palm firmly, they are no longer reaching the carpet backing either.

A roller that will not turn under load is a different fault: check the drive belt 5110 and the pulley set 5117/1 first, since a slipping belt mimics a worn brush closely enough to send people to the wrong part.
