This is the 14 inch brush roll for the Titan TC6000 and TC6000.2 and the Carpet Pro CPU series, part D012-2500. It fits the Carpet Pro CPU1, CPU1QD, CPU1T, CPU2, CPU2T, CPU3N, CPU3QD, CPU4N, CPU4T and CMP3QD, the Clean Max CMPSQD, and the Fuller Brush FBHD1, FBHD1T, FBMM1T, FBMMPW, FBP14PW, FBPHD2 and FBPHD2T.
On a commercial machine the brush roll is a consumable. Bristles wear short against the carpet, melt if the roll ever stalls under a slipping belt, and the ends load up with string and hair that eventually works its way into the bearings.
Grinding, squealing, poor pet hair pickup and debris still sitting on the carpet after a pass all point the same direction. Cut the wrapped hair off at every bag change and a roll will go considerably further.
