Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part B625-0113 is the on-board holder that keeps a crevice tool clipped to the body of a Titan TC6000.2 or T4000.2 upright, and it also fits the Carpet Pro CMP3QD, CPU3N, and CPU3QD.

Holders take abuse because they sit where the machine bumps into door frames and furniture legs. Once the clip cracks, a loaded tool works its way loose as the machine moves and gets left behind on the job rather than riding home on the vacuum.

A holder usually gives way gradually rather than all at once. It flexes a little every time a tool is pushed in or pulled free, and it is that repeated flexing over years of use, rather than any single hard knock, that eventually leaves it unable to grip.
