We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Down in the bag compartment of the Fuller Brush Power Flite, a sprung wire holds the paper bag's collar down onto its seat. That spring is part B211-1204. The same spring fits the Carpet Pro CP-ULW and ZM-400, the Fuller Brush FB-SM and the Riccar and Simplicity R10E.

Springs take a set. After enough bag changes the tension goes out of it, or a leg breaks, and the bag no longer sits square on its port. Then bags pop loose mid-job, or worse, they stay put but sit slightly off the seal, and fine dust escapes into the compartment instead of going into the bag. Grey dust around the bag chamber is the usual clue.

A new spring puts positive pressure back on the bag collar so it seals where it should.
