We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part B014-0814B is a single flat belt listed for lightweight uprights across several brands: the Carpet Pro CP-ULW, the ZM-400, the FB-SM Spiffy Maid from Fuller Brush, the R10S as sold by Riccar and by Simplicity, and the Titan T500. The same belt is also stocked separately as a two-pack for anyone who would rather keep a spare on hand.
A light machine asks more of its belt than the size implies, since there is little slack in the drivetrain to soak up any stretch. Once the belt gives even slightly, the roller falls out of step with the motor, and the result reads as stripes of missed dirt across ground already covered, or a roller that stalls outright against a heavier rug.
Getting at it means taking the bottom plate off. Loop the fresh belt over the motor shaft first and then the roller, then spin the roller by hand before the plate goes back on and confirm nothing rubs at either bearing.
If the machine has changed hands, check the belt that is actually on it rather than going by the badge alone. This one part number is listed against models from five different brands, so the name on the housing tells a new owner less than the belt coming off does, and matching the old belt is the more dependable check by a wide margin.
