Titan Motor Cover - TC6000....

$33.99

Product details

On a Titan TC6000.2 the motor cover is the shell that caps the motor housing and keeps grit, hair and stray impacts away from the motor and its wiring. Part U11-493.1SC is the replacement, and it also fits the Titan T4000.2 and the Carpet Pro CPU3N.

Commercial uprights get knocked into door frames and dragged over thresholds, and the cover takes most of that. Once it splits, the crack tends to run rather than stay put, and every pass afterwards draws fine dust into the motor compartment. With electrical connections sitting behind the cover, running a machine without one is not something worth putting off.

Fit the new cover, then go round every fastener a second time. A cover that is only half seated flexes in use and cracks in the same place the last one did.
