We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part C625-0106 is the dirt collection chamber for the Titan TC6000.2 commercial upright, and the same molded chamber fits the Carpet Pro CMP-3N, CMP-3QD and CMP-3T.
Sealing depends on this chamber keeping its molded shape. A crack or a distorted mating edge lets outside air slip in around the compartment rather than being pulled through the collection media, so suction drops at the nozzle even though the motor itself still sounds perfectly healthy. A second telltale sign is dust drifting out around the seam instead of staying inside where it belongs.

These chambers usually crack from impact: a stairwell corner, a loading dock door, the back of a van. A cracked chamber is a replacement rather than a repair: patching the crack leaves a seal that will not hold under working airflow, and the crack itself tends to travel a little further each time the chamber is knocked back into place. Inspect the mating edge for flatness before reinstalling to confirm the new chamber seats without introducing its own leak.
