Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Titan Wand and Cord Hook Assembly is an OEM combination part for the TC6000 upright that fits Carpet Pro CMP3QD, CPU3N, and CPU3QD, along with Titan T4000.2 and TC6000.2. It carries the on-board wand and provides the hook that manages the power cord during storage.

Cord and wand hardware take constant bending, pulling, and winding stress, making them among the most frequently replaced vacuum parts. A cracked wand holder or a broken cord hook leaves the cord loose and can expose it to damage, creating a shock or fire hazard over time. A correct replacement restores tidy, safe cord management.
