Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part CM031000 is the handle release spring screw for CleanMax Pro Series uprights, and the same fastener is listed for the Titan TC6000.2.
It is a single fastener sold on its own, not a kit and not the spring it retains. Order it when the original has been stripped, cross-threaded or lost during service, since a screw that no longer holds cannot be relied on to keep the spring located. The fastener is inexpensive enough that it is worth ordering with the spring rather than after it.
