We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This gasket, part 54.134, seals the dust compartment on the Fuller Brush FB-PHD2T commercial upright, sitting where the cover presses closed against the compartment opening.
Compartment seals lose their spring over time. Heat and years of latching compress the material until it holds a flat set, and at that point the cover can close and latch normally while still leaving a gap around the edge. Air takes that gap instead of the intended path, so the floor loses suction and fine dust slips past a cover that still looks fully closed. Because nothing appears wrong from the outside, this wear often gets missed until the machine is well past its best performance.
