We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This is the complete brush roll for Hoover Power Drive and WindTunnel uprights, part H401: the roller itself with its bristle strips and end fittings, ready to drop straight in.
Brush rolls wear in a way that is easy to miss, because it happens slowly. The bristles shorten and bend back, they stop reaching into the pile, and a vacuum that used to lift pet hair in one pass now takes three. Hair and thread wound around the ends is the other half of the problem: it packs into the bearing area, drags on the belt, and burns through belts faster than anything else on the machine.
