Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 21751010 sits inside Hoover WindTunnel upright vacuums, holding the control cable tube in place. It is a small fastener doing a job that goes unnoticed until it is gone, and it is inexpensive enough to replace on sight once you have the machine open.

If this screw backs out or goes missing, the cable tube can shift out of position and the control it serves stops holding its setting reliably, which usually feels like slack or vagueness at the control rather than an outright failure. Fitting a new screw pulls the tube snugly back into place so the control works against something solid again.

It fits Hoover WindTunnel models including the U6423900, U6430900, U6435900, U6441900, U6450900, U6460900, U6470900, U6485100, U6607900, U6630900, U6660900, UH50000, UH60000 and UH60010.
