Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Each spring holds tension against the front caster mount so the wheel tracks straight and absorbs the small bumps of being pushed across commercial flooring all day. A weak or broken spring lets that wheel wobble, drag, or sit lower than its partner wheel, which throws off how the nozzle rides against the floor and can pull the whole machine off a straight line.
