We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This complete outer cloth bag assembly, Sanitaire part 535068, is built for cam-lock commercial uprights that take Style F&G disposable paper bags. Per spec it ships in either red or black, and the Tietex cloth housing hangs from the rear of the machine with the paper insert riding inside, so servicing it means unzipping the shell, swapping the disposable liner, and closing it back up.
Cloth assemblies wear out the way most fabric parts do, gradually rather than all at once. Flexing over years thins the material, a zipper eventually stops tracking cleanly, and open seams begin letting fine dust sift back into the room with every motor cycle. Once a machine is puffing visible dust into the surrounding air, or trailing a streak of grit down its own housing, the outer shell itself needs replacing, since a fresh paper liner alone will not stop a leak happening at the fabric or the seams.
Built specifically for the cam-lock mount, this assembly is not interchangeable with Sanitaire's other bag systems, so confirm your machine uses that mount before ordering, and load it with a fresh disposable liner right away so the whole setup starts clean.
A shell that gets emptied and wiped down regularly, rather than left to load up with dust between swaps, tends to hold its seal at the cam-lock longer, since a stiff, dust-packed weave is more prone to cracking right where it folds during removal.
