Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 638643 bundles the hose, wand and attachments used away from the floor on a Sanitaire or Eureka SC9180 commercial upright, covering stairs, furniture and tight corners in one purchase.
Daily commercial duty wears out the hose in this bundle faster than anything else on the machine. A split partway down its length lets air escape from the middle of the run, so the floor head keeps working at full strength while the wand end goes soft or quits, and a wand or coupling that no longer holds a tool firmly is the other frequent complaint that sends people looking for this part. Whichever fails first, the loose accessories that shipped with the original set have usually gone missing by then, which is the practical reason this bundle sells as one unit rather than piece by piece.
After fitting, press the hose onto the machine body and the wand coupling until each locks with no wobble, since a connection that merely feels snug rather than fully seated bleeds air just as a torn hose would. Those joints are worth re-checking after the first few uses, while everything is still bedding in.
Compatibility spans the SC9180, SC9180B and SC9180D under both the Sanitaire and Eureka names, and this kit is also specified for the Electrolux-Eureka EP9110A.
