We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 5346928 is the complete screw-on zip bag assembly listed against Sanitaire's SC-889A commercial upright, fitted with a double zipper and taking Type ST paper inner bags.
Because the outer shell is reusable rather than disposable, only the paper inner bag ever goes in the trash, which holds down the ongoing cost of running a machine that gets emptied daily across a large facility. The double zipper gives two ways into the shell, so a bag swap can be made from whichever side is easier to reach on the day rather than through one fixed opening every single time.
Swap the whole assembly once the zipper sliders start binding instead of gliding, once trapped dust has built up in the shell heavily enough to noticeably choke airflow, or once a seam has torn open and started leaking dust out through the housing during a shift. This assembly threads onto the same mount used by the Eureka and Sanitaire SC889A without any modification needed.
Cycle both zippers fully open and shut once before the assembly ever sees daily use, so any dragging or catching turns up on the bench rather than mid-shift. A slider that drags right out of the box rarely smooths out with wear, and is worth exchanging early rather than trusted for regular use.
