Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This chrome-plated Eureka Sanitaire clip, part 30599D10, is the fastener that pinches shut the gathered opening on a reusable shake-out dust bag, holding it closed while you vacuum and releasing cleanly when it is time to empty.
A clip that has lost its spring tension or gotten bent will let the top of the bag gap open, which is the usual reason dust starts leaking out before you get to empty it. Replacing the clip restores the original clamp tension. Check the bag itself for wear at the same time, since a new clip alone will not fix a bag that has thinned or torn near the opening it clamps.
