We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 60844A is a 12-inch brush roll for the Eureka and Sanitaire Victory and 5700 series uprights.
Worn bristles are the usual reason pickup drops off even when suction still feels strong: as they flatten, fray or shorten, the roller stops reaching into the carpet pile and dirt stays trapped instead of getting lifted into the airflow. Clearing wound hair and thread on a regular schedule slows that wear, but once the bristle row looks uneven or noticeably short along its length, replacement is the fix rather than another cleaning. On a commercial machine running several hours a day, that point tends to arrive faster than the rest of the vacuum would suggest, since the roller is one of the hardest-working parts on the whole unit.
It fits the Eureka and Sanitaire 4387AT, 4393A, 4700A, 4701AZ, 4702A and 4750A, and the C5712A, C5712A1, SC5713B, SC5713D and SC5745B.
