We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Sanitaire and Eureka's Victory uprights use a 12 inch roller measuring 12-1/4 inches overall, sold as part EK207, covering the 3041 alongside the AS-series machines listed below under either name.
A tired roll rarely gives itself away through sound or suction alone. The motor keeps pulling air normally, but carpet stops looking cleaned because the bristles are no longer striking the pile hard enough to loosen soil, so dirt stays buried while pet hair simply rides across the top instead of being lifted into the airstream.
Run a finger along the bristle rows from one end to the other rather than judging condition from a glance at the middle section alone. Flattened, splayed or unevenly worn tufts anywhere along that length mean the roll is finished, even if a spot near the center still looks reasonable.
Clear hair and string from the end caps whenever the roll is out, since that buildup at the bearing caps is what shortens a fresh roll's working life fastest, and check the drive belt for glazing at the same time so a tired belt does not undercut new bristles right away.
