Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The white version of SEBO's exhaust panel is 5711WE. It is drawn at position 103 on the AUTOMATIC X4/X5 sheet and covers three machines: the AUTOMATIC X4, the AUTOMATIC X4 Boost and the AUTOMATIC X5.
Its function is containment. Latched, the panel keeps the filter pack held down and the only exit for exhaust air is through the pleats. Let a lug break or a crack open across the face and the pack lifts at one corner, quietly turning a filtered machine into a partly unfiltered one. The signs are indirect but consistent: a filter that has been in for months and still looks new, and a gray bloom on whatever wall the vacuum lives against. White panels stain as well, and on an otherwise tidy machine that alone is reason enough for many owners to swap one.
